Upwire is delighted to announce a partnership with medical billing and practice management solutions provider, PHI Medical Office Solutions.
The partnership will enable PHI Medical and Upwire together to deliver a richer, multi-channel Payment Solutions service to healthcare providers, encompassing email, SMS, IVR and Upwire’s NanoSite technology.
Upwire will augment PHI Medical’s current payment portal, PhyGeneSys, to provide a PCI-compliant IVR-to-Pay service, as well as a Text-to-Pay SMS solution that guides patients to the payment portal.
The decision to partner with Upwire was made even easier for PHI Medical: deployment takes weeks (rather than months), and integration with payment gateway Bluefin is seamless.
The partnership’s ambition is to offer a vastly improved patient payment experience; a truly industry-leading solution that drives competitive advantage for PHI Medical’s customers.
